What this site collects

If you ask to be told when a product ships, we store the email address you typed and which product you asked about. That is the whole record. We use it once, to tell you the product is out.

We do not add you to a newsletter, sell the address, or pass it to anyone for marketing. Ask us to delete it and we will, at the address below.

Server logs

The web server records each request: the time, the page, your IP address, the browser string and the page you came from. It is how we see that the site works and spot abuse. Logs are deleted after thirty days. There is no analytics script on this site and no advertising or tracking cookie.

If you create an account

An account exists so you can buy a licence and manage it. It holds your email address, the organisation name you give us, and a record of what you have bought. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.

What the apps collect

Nothing. The desktop products have no telemetry and no analytics, and they do not need an account to run. A product checks a signed licence it can verify offline; it does not report your usage to us.

Who else sees your data

The payment provider, for payments. The email provider, to deliver the messages you asked for. Our hosting provider, which stores the database. Nobody else.
